Internationally renowned South African photographer Jodi Bieber stands in front of a photo installation of her work ''Buniyaad, 2001'' (left), showing an Afghan student at a school for refugees in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Bieber is one of four female photographers whose artistic and investigative works will be exhibited on 2.4x2.4-metre cubes around Darling Quarter as part of the 4 Stories Exhibition.
The exhibition launches on Friday as part of the broader Reportage Photography Festival, which runs until June 13.
